Alan Wilkis has successfully taken one of my favorite songs released this year, and pulled off that rarest of things: a remix as enjoyable as the original. While RJ’s album version (From recently released The Colossus) sounds more like an old soul joint, Wilkis’ remix embraces a more synth-friendly funk bounce.
