Tune In Tonight: A Very Cascio (and WMSE + A.V. Club) Guide to Summerfest

The Jeanna Salzer Trio is booked for Summerfest's Cascio Interstate Groove Stage

In less than a week Milwaukee will again be bombarded with the a couple hundred thousand people for Milwaukee’s, and the world’s, biggest festival. Summerfest kicks off on Wednesday, June 29^th  (better have your sleeves cut off your shirt by then) and we are again proud to help sponsor all-local (regional really) Cascio Groove Stage, this year with our media pals at The Onion’s A.V. Club Milwaukee.

Our stage will host 66 bands over eleven days (that’s a lot of Milwaukee meat) and tonight at 6 p.m., WMSE Station Manager Tom Crawford will host a preview show of bands playing the stage. Tom will be joined by the venerable Matt Wild of A.V. Club Milwaukee and a whole team of folks from Cascio Interstate Music.

Come for the Summerfest preview. Stay for the local music education.
