Tonight on Local/Live: Old Earth

The most recent Old Earth recording, a low place at The Old Place, was written and tracked in the basement of songwriter Mr. Todd Umhoefer’s paternal grandparents’ vacant home, on land farmed by family ancestors’ (since 1845) former settlement of the Menomonee tribe (800 B.C. to A.D. 1821). Ultimately, it is spiritual music- vocal and instrumental meditations on time, love, and home. For fans of Mount Eerie, Low, Joan of Arc, Americana, the Blues and beyond. Tune into 91.7 FM WMSE tonight at 8 p.m. to listen in on new music from Old Earth in a live setting, from us to your radio at 91.7 FM or the world-wide web from WMSE.org.
