Whole Lotta Local Love On WMSE

Listening to WMSE, it’s tried and true that we support local music — we put it on our library shelves, we play it, we talk about it (and the shows surrounding all those new local releases), we broadcast live studio performances (and interviews) on the air through Local/Live and beyond…only problem is, we are always hungry and antsy for more. Are you in a local band (or a solo musician)? Check out our music submission guidelines, here and make sure to get us your stuff.

Today, we’re going to let the data do the talking — our top airplay from the past week is laid out below and includes not one, not three or four, but SEVEN local artists. We are impressed and smitten by our local talent (one, a very recent NYC transplant) and we highly encourage you to click those highlighted links, discover some new tunes right along with us and check out when you can catch their music, live, next. We’re looking forward to the good things to come…and keep it coming, Milwaukee. We’re antsy.

Love,

WMSE
